What is the minimum to rent the Main Event Hall and Private Dining Rooms?
See above! 

What is the service fee for on-site staffing of my event? 
There is a 22% service fee for staff during an on-site event at 624 Kitchen & Catering.

Is there a delivery fee for drop-off catering deliveries?
Yes, there is a 10% delivery fee for drop-off caterings within Tulsa City Limits. Drop-off caterings outside of Tulsa City Limits incur a 15% delivery fee + $1/mile traveled to and from event. 

Can you provide servers & setup for my off-site event? 
Absolutely. We charge a 15% service & setup fee and $25/hour per server $30/hour per bartender and $30/hour per lead server we provide for off-site events. 

Is there a deposit required for my event?
Yes, we require a $500 deposit for on-site and off-site/drop-off events. Your date is not reserved with us until we receive your deposit.

Do you provide chairs, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. for my event?
We provide tables, chairs, white linens, and smallwares for your on-site event. We do not bring any of our own items to off-site/ drop-off caterings. However, we can help you rent and select these items for your event. 

Can you host my wedding ceremony?
In addition to receptions and rehearsal dinners, 624 is a beautiful location for your wedding ceremony. Our maximum suggested capacity for a wedding ceremony on-site is 85 guests. 

Can I host a non-catered event at 624 Kitchen & Catering?
Yes, you simply must cover the room rates and minimums for the space you are renting.

I don’t see what I want on your catering menu. Do you offer custom menus/dishes?
Yes, our talented Chefs are happy to provide a customized menu /food items for your event. 

Do you offer catering through your other restaurants instead of 624? 
Yes, our restaurants Juniper, PRHYME, and Tavolo can provide catering. If you see something you like off of their menus, simply let us know. 

Can you provide a bar for my event?
Yes, we can set up a bar for your event at 624 Kitchen & Catering (additional fees may apply).

Is there a cake cutting fee? 
Yes, the fee is $100.
